The Maxxis Ravager 700x40c SilkShield tire is a specific Cyclocross / Gravel model on intermediate terrain (soft - dry). This Tubeless Ready tire allows tubeless mounting with all the resulting advantages (reduced risk of puncture, superior performance...).
The Ravager tire has a tread with small striated blocks that aid traction and have good braking grip. The oversized side knobs promote grip on most surfaces (soft - hard).
This Maxxis Rambler version has a robust 60 tpi casing. The SilkShield anti-puncture reinforcement completely protects the tire from bead to bead, on the sidewalls and under the tread.
