Poc Thermal Bootie Overshoes The thermal boot is made of a water repellent stretch fabric that offers a snug fit and keeps water out. As with all Poc cycling apparel and accessories, this boot has been designed and built to increase what we believe is vital to greater safety for road cyclists: attention, visibility, interaction and protection. The bootie features reflective details on the exterior and back, which help improve rider presence in low light conditions. The leg opening is elasticated to ensure a snug fit and keep the boot securely in place for the duration of the run. An abrasion resistant material is used on the sole to increase durability.
